LECTURES FOR
BACHELOR STUDENTS

After over thirty years of professional experience as an engineer, experienced manager and now also as a therapist and mentor, I find it great to pass on my knowledge to students through lectures at universities. With my experience, I bring a perspective and deep insights that go far beyond what is found in textbooks. With my knowledge and experience, I offer students who are at the beginning of their careers inspiration and practical insights into the challenges and successes of business life.

This type of teaching prepares them not only theoretically but also practically for their future careers and may save them from one or two “surprises” or “disappointments”. It is also a wonderful opportunity for me to cultivate my legacy and have a lasting impact on the next generation of leaders. As Goethe says in “Faust”: “What you inherit from your fathers, acquire it in order to own it.” Knowledge is most valuable when it is shared and, above all, applied!

LECTURE

"YES, YOU CAN DO IT!"

Your bachelor’s thesis has been written and you are about to receive your degree. Now we can start…!?! One thing is clear, you have been given enough “knowledge”… but will you be successful (whatever that means)? This lecture is – if you want it and actively participate – your chance to become aware of new aspects about yourself that are otherwise never taught to you or only taught in very expensive coaching sessions.

In this elective subject we work on and develop some skills (completely unknown to most people) that will help you with your next professional (but also private) steps:

  • A clear, sobering personal assessment
  • The gap between knowing and doing
  • How do I change my unconscious behavior patterns?
  • The “stick figure” – Do you think from the outside in or from the inside out?
  • Your thinking creates your reality
  • Train your six mental skills
  • Make decisions / break through your fear barrier
  • The power of implementation: “Just do it!”
  • Your inner attitude determines your success!
  • Leading and being led
  • Creating values for others

Do you already know everything… or is it too “spooky” for you? .. then please don’t choose this subject!
Goal: To “wake up” every student and show them a path to a conscious, successful life😊!

„AN EDUCATED PERSON IS NOT NECESSARILY A PERSON WHO HAS AN ABUNDANCE OF GENERAL AND SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE. AN EDUCATED PERSON IS A PERSON WHO HAS DEVELOPED HIS MENTAL ABILITIES IN SUCH A WAY THAT HE CAN OBTAIN ANYTHING HE WANTS OR SOMETHING EQUIVALENT WITHOUT VIOLATING THE RIGHTS OF OTHER PEOPLE.”

LECTURE

„THE FINAL TOUCH“

Your bachelor’s thesis has been written and you are about to receive your degree. Now you can start…!?! But wait, wasn’t there something else? Our university has given you everything you need to take on even more responsibility in your company… now all you need is “the final touch”… so that you can really shine in your everyday professional life.

This lecture is – if you want it and take it – your chance to become aware of new aspects that you would otherwise have to learn “laboriously” in the course of your professional career.

In this elective subject we will work on or develop some essential skills that will help you in your next professional steps:

  • What is your view of humanity / your view of the world?
  • Own values / big goals
  • Self-worth/identity
  • Self-confidence / self-competence
  • Metaprograms & Communication
  • Loyalty to whom?
  • Difficult projects / boundaries / setting boundaries
  • Burnout, won’t happen to me!?!
  • Your personal residence

Do you already know everything? .. then please don’t choose this subject!
Goal: To help every student achieve the “highest shine”
😊!

WHERE WOULD WE GO
WHEN EVERYONE SAID
WHERE WOULD WE GO
AND NO ONE WOULD LEAVE,
TO TAKE A LOOK,
WHERE TO GO
IF YOU WENT.
